Educational Credit

This conference is accredited by:

  • Institut des juristes d’entreprise / Instituut voor Bedrijfsjuristen (Belgium)

Accreditation is being requested from:

  • Illinois MCLE Board
  • State Bar of Texas
  • Washington State Bar Association

The US state accreditations, if awarded, will also permit delegates to claim credit per:

  • New York Approved Jurisdiction Policy
  • California Approved Jurisdiction Policy

The working sessions will total 10 hours, but some may not be eligible for credit.  We will update the amount of available credit on this page when accreditation is received.

If your jurisdiction is not listed above, please refer to the rules of your local bar or law society on how you should apply for credit.  Many other jurisdictions in Europe, the US and Canada may permit you to claim credit for this event.

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed by 19 June 2020 to delegates whose badges have been scanned in the sessions they attend. It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure his or her badge is scanned each time they attend a session.

The data collected via the badge scanner contains name, session attended, date and time, and will be used by ACC Europe as proof of attendance in order to send Certificates of Attendance.  The certificates and scan records will be kept on file by ACC Europe in order to comply with bar and law society archival requirements and will be deleted when those requirements expire.

IMPORTANT: If you are licensed in Illinois, Texas or Washington, or are a member of the IBJ-IJE, you must complete the relevant section of the conference registration form, or we will be unable to accurately report your attendance.
